In-house Advisor, Business Clients

In this challenging role, you and a small team of colleagues are responsible for supporting the Field Advisor and for the commercial management of our existing business-client portfolio in the areas of general and life insurance.

You provide clients and prospective clients with clear, well-considered advice on the insurance they need and ensure they receive an offer that fits their wishes and circumstances. You send out quotes and explain them, handle the administrative processing of applications, and process changes to existing policies. You also maintain close contact with the insurance companies.

What you bring

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week and live in The Hague region.
• You have strong communication and commercial skills, with integrity and a client-focused approach.
• You are administratively strong and detail-oriented.
• You hold Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier en Zakelijk certificates, or are willing to obtain them in the short term.
• A good sense of humour.
