When something goes wrong, it is only natural to want your damage put right quickly and properly. With DGA you can handle your claim quickly and easily.

Are you insured through DGA and do you have a claim? Below you can read how to report it, depending on your situation. We are happy to help.

Emergency number

Damage to your car and unable to continue driving? Or travelling abroad and need urgent help, for example medical assistance? Call the emergency number directly. The emergency centre will help you immediately, and is available 24 hours a day.

The emergency number for car damage is on your green card. The emergency number for your travel insurance was provided with your policy.

Report a claim digitally

You can report your claim to us digitally as follows. Click the button below and choose the appropriate form, fill it in completely and click Send. We will handle your claim notification as quickly as possible.

    Complete the form with all the requested information. The more information you provide, the faster we can handle your claim.

    After submission we handle your claim as quickly as possible and keep you informed of the progress.

Car stolen?

If your car has been stolen, first call the Dutch Vehicle Crime Insurance Bureau on 071 - 364 17 77.

Then report your claim to DGA by calling 070 - 355 66 48 or emailing schade@dga.nl.

What does DGA do when you have a claim?

When you report a claim to us, we take on as much of the handling as possible. We make sure your claim is dealt with as quickly as possible.
