How do you file a complaint?

    Get in touch

    First discuss your complaint with your advisor, or contact our office on 070-355 66 48 or info@dga.nl. We try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

    Written complaint

    If you cannot reach a resolution, submit a written complaint to the management of DGA Financial Advisors at Kranenburgweg 94, 2583 EN The Hague. You will receive a response within two weeks.

    Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid)

    If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can turn to Kifid (www.kifid.nl). Kifid is an independent disputes body for financial services.
